Rapid Replay is a mobile app that lets parents, fans, athletes, and coaches record and edit high school sports videos.
I wrote a server that was responsible for compressing and encoding videos for faster playback and cross-browser compatibility. I optimized file sizes by 25x to reduce data storage costs and download speeds.
